Assessment

Navigate Occupational Therapy offers both formal (standardised) and informal assessment of children’s developmental and functional abilities, with accompanying written reports as required. 

Therapy

Navigate Occupational Therapy can assist children requiring individually tailored support with:

  • Fine and gross motor skill development

  • Pre-writing and handwriting skills

  • School readiness

  • Sensory processing difficulties

  • Participation in daily routines, such as family mealtimes, bedtime and organising themselves for and during the preschool/school day

  • Managing self-care activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing and toileting

Navigate Occupational Therapy offers services to private clients with no referral required, however we welcome referral information from your child’s other health professionals if available.


Clients with Private Health Insurance may be eligible for rebates through their health fund. Check with your health fund to determine your eligibility and rebates available. Payment for services is required upfront, prior to submitting to your health fund.


Navigate Occupational Therapy offers services to plan managed and self managed NDIS participants with an approved plan. Costs for services are consistent with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements.


Medicare Rebates are available for services if your child has a Chronic Disease Management Plan approved by your GP. A referral from your GP is required and out of pocket costs apply.
